30 Day Returns
We are so confident in the quality of our diamond jewelry that we are delighted to offer a 30 DAY RETURNS POLICY.
This means that on all our items of diamond jewelry, you can return the item for whatever reason up to 30 days after the date of receiving the item for an exchange to the same value, or a full refund less our original shipping costs.
For information on how to return your item of diamond jewelry, please see our returns policy below or see the returns form which accompanies your purchase. Once we have received your item back, you will be notified by email and we will process your refund within 30 days. This refund will be made back to the original source of the funds.
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently;
1 - Call our customer service helpline on 800-270-7434 (toll free) within 5 days of receiving your item to inform us of your decision.
2 - Package the item securely, including all original packaging and any grading reports / documents that accompanied the item. Please note that if the documentation is not returned, then you will be liable for the $250 replacement cost.
3 - Insure your package. For items with value less than $500, you can ship it by any carrier (eg FedEx, UPS or US Postal Service). Please ensure that your item is fully insured and request a receipt for the transaction. For items with value greater than $500, ship your package by US Postal Service Registered Mail, fully insured and request a receipt for the transaction (FedEx and UPS will NOT insure merchandise with a value of over $500). YOU are responsible for the costs associated with this.

5 - You will be notified by email when we have received your item/s and when we have processed your refund. The refund will be for the full price of the item/s you purchased less our original shipping costs. Your refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item/s.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
- Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped from DeJoria.
- Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than DeJoria), or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.
