Whilst many people choose to have plain wedding rings for their special day, and increasing number of people are now leaning towards having diamonds set into their wedding rings.
Many ladies like high quality diamond set wedding rings as it adds even more sparkle and brilliance to their finger alongside their engagement ring. It is usually also possible to choose the same shape of diamonds for their diamond wedding ring as they have in their engagement ring, being as these are normally princess cut diamonds or round brilliant cut diamonds.
Matching sets of engagement rings and diamond wedding rings look fabulous together, as not only can you match up the shape of the diamonds, but you can also match up the metal, and profile of the rings.
It is possible to have diamond wedding rings with diamonds half way around the finger, 60% of the way around the finger and all the way around the finger. If you are unsure about your finger size and think that your finger size might alter at some point in the future, for whatever reason, then a half set or 60% set diamond set wedding ring ring might be appropriate, being as these rings have a section of the ring underneath purely in metal, and so this faciltiates resizing work. Once you have diamonds set all the way around the ring, however, ring re-sizing is generally not possible.
