1 - The closing date is September 30, 2011. The winner will be announced on DeJoria Diamonds USA Facebook page on September 1, 2011.
2 - This prize draw is open to residents of the United States, aged 18 and over.
3 - The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternative will be offered.
4 - No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
5 - By entering the prize draw, the winner consents to any publicity generated as a result of the promotion.

7 - This prize draw is open to all residents of the United States except employees of DeJoria or ROK and their immediate families, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.
