Whilst of course it is always best to get the ring size correct first time, we realize that it is not always possible to ascertain the correct size precisely. Therefore, our master jewelers will re-size your ring if required, to ensure you have an exact fit. If your ring does require re-sizing, then you will find instructions on how to do this in the accompanying paperwork with your purchase.
Whilst this is a free re-sizing service, please note that the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs. Please allow 10 working days for all re-sizing work.
