Whilst of course it is always best to get the ring size correct first time, we understand that it is not always possible to ascertain the size precisely. Therefore, our master jewelers will re-size your ring if required, to ensure that you have an exact fit. Please note that rings of 5mm and over are usually worn at one quarter size above the standard fit. If you do require re-sizing, you will find instructions with the documentation which arrives with your purchase. Whilst this is a complimentary re-sizing service, the customer is responsible for all the associated shipping costs. Please allow 10 working days for all resizing.

SPECIAL ORDERS
If you order a ring from our 'Diamond Jewelry Collection' with a size outside the standard 5 - 7.5 range, this is classed as a 'special order'. Special order items will NOT be eligible for our 30 day money back guarantee, and also incur an additional charge depending on the complexity of the order. This does not apply to items from our 'Create Your Diamond Ring' section.
