DeJoria does not disclose any personal information to any third party operatives or organizations.
Please note that residents of California are subject to an additional 8.25% sales tax.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
Please call our customer service team on 310-729-9775 to place your order.
Your card will be debited immediately upon completion of the transaction. We require cleared funds prior to shipping.
Transactions will appear on your card statement as DEJORIA. For your peace of mind, you should print out all transaction data and keep it in an easily accessible place.
Online fraud and identity theft is one of the most prevalent forms of theft in today's society. With this in mind, we take every precaution to protect both ourselves and the genuine credit card holders. Therefore, for certain transactions, we may require you to complete and sign a manual authorization form which you can fax back to us via our secure fax line. Please also note that we are only able to ship items to the registered billing address of the credit card. Thank you for your understanding on this issue.
Wire Transfers & Cashiers Check Payments
Being as we do not incur card processing fees if you choose one of these payment methods, we are delighted to offer you a 1.5% discount on your total purchase price. For wire transfers, please call our customer service team on 310-729-9775 and a representative will provide you with the necessary bank details. PACKAGING
All DeJoria diamond jewelry is beautifully packaged, ready for you to present to your loved one. This is all complimentary as part of your package.

SHIPPING
The lead time of your item/s is, of course, dependent upon the item/s you purchase. Please bear in mind that the mountings for all our wonderful pieces of diamond jewelry are handmade to order and hallmarked in the UK. Perfection takes time, so our standard lead time is 21 days. The associated lead time will be discussed with you with a member of our customer service team when you place your order. Please note, however, that we do accept "rush" orders, and will try to meet your schedule wherever possible.
We ship FREE OF CHARGE to US residents only, using FedEx or UPS 2 Day shipping service. This means;
- Shipment arrives within 2 days (Monday through Friday) following shipment.
- We will ship only to a street address, not a PO Box address.
- A signature is required upon receipt of item/s.
We also offer FedEx Priority Overnight service, although you will incur an additional charge for this.
A member of our customer service team will be in contact with you when your item is ready for shipping to confirm arrangements. We do not ship without prior contact and confirmation.

all our items of diamond jewelry, you can return the item for whatever reason up to 30 days after the date of receiving the item for a full refund.
For information on how to return your item of diamond jewelry, please see our returns policy below or see the returns form which accompanies your purchase. Once we have received your item back, you will be notified by email and we will process your refund within 30 days. This refund will be made back to the original source of the funds.

LIFETIME CARE PROGRAM
Every time you look at your item of DeJoria diamond jewelry, we want you to be amazed and delighted. 
Diamonds and diamond jewelry not only represent an emotional purchase, but also a significant financial investment. Over time, precious metals will tarnish and scratch, and diamonds will become duller as a result of the build up of dirt and grease both on the diamonds themselves, and within their mountings.
As part of the after-sales service we provide to valued clients, the DeJoria Lifetime Care Program provides you with the opportunity to return your item of diamond jewelry to us once every 2 years for a routine check - this involves checking the security of the diamonds in the mount, along with professional cleaning and polishing of your item. This process normally takes around 5 working days. You pay the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we take care of the rest.
The DeJoria Lifetime Care Program, therefore, ensures that your DeJoria diamond jewelry will sparkle in the future as much as on the day you originally purchased it.

RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your diamond jewelry purchase. That's why we provide you with a 30 day money back guarantee...for your complete peace of mind. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or exchange.
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently;
1 - Call our customer service helpline on 310-729-9775 within 5 days of receiving your item to inform us of your decision.
2 - Package the item securely, including all original packaging and any grading reports / documents that accompanied the item. Please note that if the documentation is not returned, then you will be liable for the $250 replacement cost.
3 - Insure your package. For items with value less than $500, you can ship it by any carrier (eg FedEx, UPS or US Postal Service). Please ensure that your item is fully insured and request a receipt for the transaction. For items with value greater than $500, ship your package by US Postal Service Registered Mail, fully insured and request a receipt for the transaction (FedEx and UPS will NOT insure merchandise with a value of over $500). YOU are responsible for the costs associated with this.

DO NOT indicate parcel contents on the outside of your shipment as this invites possible theft and / or damage.
5 - You will be notified by email when we have received your item/s and when we have processed your refund. The refund will be for the full price of the item/s you purchased less our original shipping costs. Your refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item/s.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
- Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped from DeJoria.
- Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than DeJoria), or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.
