If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or exchange.
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently; 1 - Call our customer service helpline on 310-729-9775 within 5 days of receiving your item to obtain an authorization code. You must obtain this code before any return is shipped. Include this code on the returns form provided with your original package. 2 - Package the item securely, including all original packaging and any grading reports / documents that accompanied the item. Please note that if the documentation is not returned, then you will be liable for the $250 replacement cost. 3 - Insure your package. For items with value less than $500, you can ship it by any carrier (eg FedEx, UPS or US Postal Service). Please ensure that your item is fully insured and request a receipt for the transaction. For items with value greater than $500, ship your package by US Postal Service Registered Mail, fully insured and request a receipt for the transaction (FedEx and UPS will NOT insure merchandise with a value of over $500). YOU are responsible for this costs associated with this. 4 - Ship the package to: DeJoria Customer Service 550 South Hill Street Suite 650 Los Angeles CA 90013 DO NOT indicate parcel contents on the outside of your shipment as this invites possible theft and / or damage. 5 - You will be notified by email when we have received your item/s and when we have processed your refund. The refund will be for the full price of the item/s you purchased less our original shipping costs. Your refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item/s. * CONDITIONS OF RETURN - Packages without an authorization code will not be accepted for refund. - Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped from www.dejoria.com. - Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than www.dejoria.com), or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. - Special or Custom orders will only be eligible for return if faulty (ie manufacturing, setting etc). Special or Custom orders cannot be resold as they have been specifically contoured or manufactured to each individual client.
