SHIPPING SCHEDULES

The shipping of your item/s is, of course, dependent upon the item/s you purchase. Our standard guidelines are as follows;

'Diamond Jewelry Collection' items	Approx 10 working days
'Wedding Rings' items	Approx 10 working days
'Create Your Diamond Ring' items	Approx 10 working days*
'Design with DeJoria' bespoke items	Approx 20 working days

Please note that we do accept "rush" orders, and will try to meet your schedule wherever possible.

* We offer a range of ring mountings which are created in the UK - these are indicated by this icon. All gold items created in the UK are guaranteed "nickel-free" and hallmarked. Shipping on these items is likely to be an additional 14 days on top of our standard shipping guidelines, so please consider this when placing your order.

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship FREE OF CHARGE to US residents only, using FedEx or UPS 2 Day shipping service. This means;

- Shipment arrives within 2 days (Monday through Friday) following shipment.
- We will ship only to a street address, not a PO Box address.
- A signature is required upon receipt of item/s.

We also offer FedEx Priority Overnight service, although you will incur an additional charge for this.

A customer service representative will be in contact with you when your item is ready for shipping to confirm arrangements. We do not ship without prior contact and confirmation..

SHIPPING TO AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS - IMPORTANT!

If you will not be at home to sign for your order, www.dejoria.com can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. However, we take every precaution against possible fraud to protect both ourselves and the genuine cardholders. Therefore, as a security precaution, please note that if your shipping address is different to the credit card billing address, we will require proof of identity (copy of driving license and/or passport) prior to shipping the item/s.

GENERAL POLICIES

If your item of diamond jewelry is temporarily out of stock and/or shipping is anticipated to be greater than the above guidelines, we will contact you by email or telephone to agree a new shipping date, or discuss an alternative to your original order.
