For you, the customer, this means that on all our items of diamond jewelry, you can return the item for whatever reason up to 30 days after the date of receiving the item for a full refund (less our original shipping costs), with the exception of special order* items.

Please note that diamond engagement rings purchased through our 'Create Your Diamond Ring' facility ARE eligible for this 30 day money back guarantee.

For information on how to return your item of diamond jewelry, please visit our how to return page or see the returns form which will accompany your purchase. Once we have received your item back, you will be notified by email and we will process your refund within 30 days.

* A 'Special Order' is an item of diamond jewelry, which has been specifically produced or modified at your request. Special order items can only be returned if manufacturing is faulty.

A special order item is either;

A bespoke piece of diamond jewelry, such as an item purchased through our Design with DeJoria facility
OR
A diamond ring from our 'Diamond Jewelry Collection' which is sized outside our standard 5 - 7.5 size range, which also includes alterations in dimensions ie width, height, profile etc.

A special order item also incurs an additional charge, depending upon the complexity of the work required.
